A must try !&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTS&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;12 oz. cream cheese&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 eggs&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. sugar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 tsp. vanilla&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 c. sour cream&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 qt. strawberries, hulled &amp;amp; cleaned&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tbsp. confectionery sugar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 (10") pie shell, from scratch or prepared&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INSTRUCTIONS&lt;br /&gt;Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the cream cheese, and eggs, beating with an electric mixer on slow speed, slowly add 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla extract. Continue beating until smooth and fluffy. Pour into prepared pie shell. Bake for 20 minutes. Center of cream cheese mixture should not be fully cooked at this point. Remove pie from oven, turn off oven, but leave door closed. Whip the sour cream with remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar. Spread sour cream mixture over top of pie, leaving a flat surface. Return to turned off oven and continue cooking for another 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and chill in refrigerator overnight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Before serving, carefully arrange the strawberries in circles on top of the pie. sprinkle with confectionery sugar.For a surprise between the bottom cream cheese layer and crust, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans or toasted almonds. Cool Whip&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strawberries (fresh or frozen without syrup, chopped small)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 ready-made pie shells, baked&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3/4 c. boiling water&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 c. ice cubes&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3/4 c. milk&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INSTRUCTIONS&lt;br /&gt;Dissolve jello in boiling water. (6 oz.) milk chocolate chips&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 tbsp. milk&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 tsp. vanilla&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 (8 oz.) frozen whip topping, thawed&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INSTRUCTIONS&lt;br /&gt;Bake pie crust according to package directions. Add water gradually, stirring until smooth. Add lemon juice. Top the yogurt with on cup of the strawberry slices, spreading them out so that they cover the entire surface. Spread the remaining yogurt gently over the strawberries. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze until yogurt is firm again.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Remove the pie from the freezer and peel off the plastic wrap. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Line a pie pan with bottom crust.&lt;br /&gt; 2. Mix together rhubarb, strawberries, orange zest, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and tapioca. Spoon into&lt;br /&gt;crust. Roll out second crust, and place over the filling. Seal the edges. Brush with milk, and&lt;br /&gt;sprinkle extra sugar on top.&lt;br /&gt; 3. Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake for an additional 35 minutes.&lt;br /&gt; 4. For a crumb topping, omit top pie crust. Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, and salt. Cut in butter&lt;br /&gt;or margarine until mixture is crumbly.
