Banana Strawberry Cream Pie








Banana Strawberry Cream Pie
Try this nice strawberry pie recipe...a must try !
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries, divided
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 baked pie shell (9" size)
Instructions:

In medium saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, flour and salt. Stir in milk. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Cook, stirring, 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, and stir a little of the hot mixture into the eggs, then stir warmed eggs into
the saucepan. Return to low heat and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
Remove from heat, add vanilla, cover and refrigerate until cold. Peel 2 bananas and cut into
slices. Turn half of cooled custard into pieshell & top with half the strawberries and half the sliced
bananas. Top with remaining custard and chill.Just before serving, slice remaining bananas &
arrange with strawberries on top of pie....hmm what a tasty strawberry pie..enjoy !

RUSSIAN STRAWBERRY PIE

RUSSIAN STRAWBERRY PIE
 ...a great strawberry pie recipe. A must try !

INGREDIENTS
  • 12 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 qt. strawberries, hulled & cleaned
  • 1 tbsp. confectionery sugar
  • 1 (10") pie shell, from scratch or prepared

INSTRUCTIONS
First of all preheat oven to 350 degrees. And then mix together the cream cheese, and eggs, beating with an electric mixer on slow speed, slowly add 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla extract. Continue beating until smooth and fluffy. Next is to pour into prepared pie shell. Bake for 20 minutes. Center of cream cheese mixture should not be fully cooked at this point. Remove pie from oven, turn off oven, but leave door closed. Whip the sour cream with remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar. Spread sour cream mixture over top of pie, leaving a flat surface. Return to turned off oven and continue cooking for another 15 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and chill in refrigerator overnight.

Before serving, carefully arrange the strawberries in circles on top of the pie. sprinkle with confectionery sugar.For a surprise between the bottom cream cheese layer and crust, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of finely chopped pecans or toasted almonds. Before serving, sprinkle top of pie with same variety of nuts. The strawberry pie recipe is ready to serve...great for parties. Enjoy it !

Strawberry Pie Recipe Ingredients :

* 1 pie crust (9 inch), baked
* 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
* 2 pints fresh strawberries
* 3/4 cup sugar
* 2 tablespoons cornstarch
* 1/3 cup water
* 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped

Strawberry Pie INSTRUCTIONS
First of all spread softened cream cheese over the bottom of the cooled pie crust. Hull, wash, and drain berries, reserving 8 whole berries for topping; halve the remaining strawberries. Place half of the berries over the cream cheese.

And then in a 2-quart saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, and water; add remaining halved berries. Over medium heat, bring to a simmer and cook until thickened; cool thoroughly and pour over strawberries in the pie crust. Top with whipped cream and garnish with the remaining 8 whole strawberries. Chill thoroughly before serving. The strawberry pie recipe is ready...enjoy it !

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
  • 2 pt. stemmed strawberries, halved
  • 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
  • Whipped cream or non-dairy whipped topping

STRAWBERRY PIE INSTRUCTIONS
First of all mix sugar, cornstarch and water in saucepan. And then stir constantly, cooking until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in gelatin until dissolved. Pour over strawberry halves, mix well. Pour into pie shell, refrigerate until set. Top with whipped cream or topping. the strawberry pie recipe is ready to serves 6 or 8 persons....enjoy it !

STRAWBERRY PIE INGREDIENTS

* 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 4 tablespoons shortening
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 3 tablespoons cold water
* 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
* 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
* 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
* 1/4 cup chopped almonds
* 4 cups fresh strawberries, halved
* 1/4 cup currant jelly


STRAWBERRY PIE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine flour and salt in medium bowl. Cut in shortening and butter until all the flour is
blended to form pea-sized crumbs. Sprinkle with water one tablespoon at a time. Toss lightly with a fork until dough forms a ball. Chill dough 15 to 30 minutes.
2. Roll dough between two sheets of wax paper into an 11 inch circle. Remove top sheet of wax
paper and lay into 9 inch pie pan. Prick bottom and sides of pie shell thoroughly to prevent shrinkage.
3. Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool to
room temperature.
4. Combine cream cheese and confectioner 's sugar in medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Beat in vanilla and almond extracts. Fold in whipped cream and almonds by hand until well mixed. Pour into cooled crust. Refrigerate until firm.
5. Decorate pie with strawberries fully or just around the edge. Heat jelly in microwave oven just until soft and brush carefully over strawberries until glazed. Refrigerate until serving.

STRAWBERRY PIE RECIPE INGREDIENTS

* 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
* 1 teaspoon orange zest
* 4 cups diced rhubarb
* 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
* 1 1/2 cups white sugar
* 6 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
* 1 tablespoon milk
* 1 tablespoon white sugar for decoration
* 1 cup all-purpose flour (optional)
* 1 cup white sugar (optional)
* 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
* 1/2 cup butter (optional)

STRAWBERRY PIE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Line a pie pan with bottom crust.
2. Mix together rhubarb, strawberries, orange zest, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and tapioca. Spoon into
crust. Roll out second crust, and place over the filling. Seal the edges. Brush with milk, and
sprinkle extra sugar on top.
3. Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake for an additional 35 minutes.
4. For a crumb topping, omit top pie crust. Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, and salt. Cut in butter
or margarine until mixture is crumbly. Spoon over filling, and bake as directed above.

Another amazing classic strawberry pie recipe....its recommended ! Nice....
Strawberry Pie Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
Strawberry Pie Recipe Instructions:

In a small bowl, combine coconut and butter. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-in. pie plate. Bake at 300F for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned (cover edges loosely with foil to prevent overbrowning if necessary). Cool on a wire rack.

In a large bowl, combine strawberries and sugar; let stand for 15 minutes. In a small saucepan,
sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Cook and stir over medium heat until
gelatin is dissolved; stir in lemon juice. Stir into strawberry mixture. Cool to room temperature.
Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing. And the Bavarian strawberry pie is ready to serve your appetite !
