- 1 Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust
- 1 c. (6 oz.) milk chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
- 1 (8 oz.) frozen whip topping, thawed
Bake pie crust according to package directions. In medium microwave bowl combine chocolate chips and milk. Microwave on medium (50% power) for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30
seconds. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth, stir in vanilla.
Pour chocolate into baked pie crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. (I let mine set overnight.) Before serving stir together strawberries and whipped topping in medium bowl. Spread over chocolate layer. The strawberry pie recipe is ready to serve. Nice taste ! Enjoy !
