STRAWBERRY RHUBARB PIE RECIPE

Ingredients:

* Pastry for a 2-crust 9-inch pie
* 1-1/4 cups granulated sugar
* 3 tablespoon quick cooking tapioca
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
* Dash ground cinnamon
* 3 cups 1/2 inch pieces fresh rhubarb
* 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
* 1 teaspoon grated orange rind (optional)
* 1 tablespoon butter

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large bowl mix together the sugar, tapioca, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Add the rhubarb, strawberries, and orange rind and stir until the mixture coats the spoon. Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes. Line a 9-inch pie plate with the pastry; spoon in the strawberry rhubarb mixture. Dot the top of the strawberry rhubarb mixture with the butter. Cover the pie with rolled out pastry; crimp edges. Bake in a preheated 400° oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until crust is browned. The strawberry pie recipe is ready to serve warm with with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Cool ! Enjoy it !

* 4 pints strawberries, hulled

INSTRUCTIONS for the strawberry pie recipe :
Cook sugar, cornstarch, jello and water until thick; cool. Place whole berries the baked pie shells. Pour sauce over berries and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
Serve with lightly sweetened whipped cream or whipped topping.

* 1 pound strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced
* 1/4 cup water
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS
Combine sugar and strawberries; let stand for a few hours, until juicy. Drain juices off; transfer to saucepan, and bring to a boil. Mix together the water, butter, and cornstarch. Add to the strawberry juice mixture; continue cooking, covered, over low heat for 2 minutes. Cool slightly and stir in strawberries. Pour into baked pie shell; chill thoroughly. Top with whipped cream topping or purchased whipped topping. Keep leftovers covered, in refrigerator. The fresh strawberry pie recipe is ready to serve...nice one !

INGREDIENTS

• 1 sm. strawberry jello
• 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
• 1 sm. Cool Whip
• Strawberries (fresh or frozen without syrup, chopped small)
• 2 ready-made pie shells, baked
• 3/4 c. boiling water
• 1/2 c. ice cubes
• 3/4 c. milk

INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add ice cubes, stirring until melted. Set aside.
Prepare pudding as directed with the 3/4 cup milk and let stand 2 minutes. Blend pudding into jello with a whisk (the jello will not be thick at this point).
Fold in most of the container of Cool Whip and add strawberries. When completely blended, pour into pie shells and refrigerate. This amazing strawberry pie recipe serve 2 persons....great ! Enjoy it !

INGREDIENTS

• 1 Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust
• 1 c. (6 oz.) milk chocolate chips
• 3 tbsp. milk
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 pkg. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
• 1 (8 oz.) frozen whip topping, thawed

INSTRUCTIONS
Bake pie crust according to package directions. In medium microwave bowl combine chocolate chips and milk. Microwave on medium (50% power) for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring every 30
seconds. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth, stir in vanilla.
Pour chocolate into baked pie crust. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. (I let mine set overnight.) Before serving stir together strawberries and whipped topping in medium bowl. Spread over chocolate layer. The strawberry pie recipe is ready to serve. Nice taste ! Enjoy !

• 1 can chilled strawberry pie filling
• 2 med. bananas
• 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1 pkg. Dream Whip
• 1 deep dish pie shell (Pets)

INSTRUCTIONS
Cook pie shell. Cut bananas on bottom of shell. Blend cream cheese and sugar. Prepare Dream Whip as directed on package.
Mix Dream Whip and cream cheese together. Layer some of this mixture over bananas. Layer some strawberry pie filling, then bananas, then cream cheese mixture. Repeat until pie shell is

• 1 1/4 c. sugar
• 1 1/4 c. water
• 1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
• 4 tbsp. cornstarch
• Red food coloring
