STRAWBERRY CHEESE PIE
Another amazing strawberry pie recipe..with cheese...yummy !
STRAWBERRY PIE INGREDIENTS
* 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 4 tablespoons shortening
* 2 tablespoons butter
* 3 tablespoons cold water
* 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
* 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
* 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
* 1/4 cup chopped almonds
* 4 cups fresh strawberries, halved
* 1/4 cup currant jelly
STRAWBERRY PIE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine flour and salt in medium bowl. Cut in shortening and butter until all the flour is
blended to form pea-sized crumbs. Sprinkle with water one tablespoon at a time. Toss lightly with a fork until dough forms a ball. Chill dough 15 to 30 minutes.
2. Roll dough between two sheets of wax paper into an 11 inch circle. Remove top sheet of wax
paper and lay into 9 inch pie pan. Prick bottom and sides of pie shell thoroughly to prevent shrinkage.
3. Bake at 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool to
room temperature.
4. Combine cream cheese and confectioner 's sugar in medium bowl. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth. Beat in vanilla and almond extracts. Fold in whipped cream and almonds by hand until well mixed. Pour into cooled crust. Refrigerate until firm.
5. Decorate pie with strawberries fully or just around the edge. Heat jelly in microwave oven just until soft and brush carefully over strawberries until glazed. Refrigerate until serving.

STRAWBERRY PIE RECIPE INGREDIENTS
* 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
* 1 teaspoon orange zest
* 4 cups diced rhubarb
* 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
* 1 1/2 cups white sugar
* 6 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
* 1 tablespoon milk
* 1 tablespoon white sugar for decoration
* 1 cup all-purpose flour (optional)
* 1 cup white sugar (optional)
* 1 teaspoon salt (optional)
* 1/2 cup butter (optional)
STRAWBERRY PIE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Line a pie pan with bottom crust.
2. Mix together rhubarb, strawberries, orange zest, 1 1/2 cups sugar, and tapioca. Spoon into
crust. Roll out second crust, and place over the filling. Seal the edges. Brush with milk, and
sprinkle extra sugar on top.
3. Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake for an additional 35 minutes.
4. For a crumb topping, omit top pie crust. Combine flour, 1 cup sugar, and salt. Cut in butter
or margarine until mixture is crumbly. Spoon over filling, and bake as directed above.
The strawberry rhubarb pie is ready to serve...hmmmm great taste...enjoy !

Another amazing classic strawberry pie recipe....its recommended ! Nice....
Strawberry Pie Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, sliced
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
In a small bowl, combine coconut and butter. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased 9-in. pie plate. Bake at 300F for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned (cover edges loosely with foil to prevent overbrowning if necessary). Cool on a wire rack.
In a large bowl, combine strawberries and sugar; let stand for 15 minutes. In a small saucepan,
sprinkle gelatin over cold water; let stand for 1 minute. Cook and stir over medium heat until
gelatin is dissolved; stir in lemon juice. Stir into strawberry mixture. Cool to room temperature.
Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing. And the Bavarian strawberry pie is ready to serve your appetite !

7 Up Strawberry Pie Recipe
7 UP STRAWBERRY PIE RECIPE
Another amazing strawberry pie recipe to try.....great !
Strawberry Pie Recipe Ingredients:
1 pie shell (8" size) baked & cooled; or crumb crust if preferred
1 pint fresh ripe strawberries, washed,stems removed, well drained
***Glaze***
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup 7up (or Squirt)
- 5 tablespoons arrow root or cornstarch
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red food coloring
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 4 tablespoons cranberry jello
Place strawberries in pie shell with flat side down.
Glaze: In a medium non-aluminum saucepan mix all ingredients EXCEPT the cornstarch or arrow root. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add cornstarch or arrow root and cook until thick. Remove from heat & stir in the jello. Stir until dissolved. Let cool.
Spoon glaze over fresh strawberries in pie shell. Completely cool, then chill in refrigerator
overnight.
Decorate the outer edge of the pie with whipped cream or cool whip.If using pre-made crumb pie crust, melt 1/3 cup chocolate morsels; with small slanted cake spatula, spread a thin coat of chocolate in bottom only, of pie shell. Apply chocolate in a circular motion making sure you cover the complete bottom of shell. This prevents the crumb crust from breaking up when you slice the pie. When using a chocolate crumb crust use white chocolate chips for the coating. The strawberry pie is ready to serve...hmmm nice taste !

STRAWBERRY PIE RECIPE INGREDIENTS
* 1 1/2 cups crushed pecan shortbread cookies
* 1/4 cup blanched slivered almonds
* 1/3 cup butter, melted
* 6 cups fresh strawberries, hulled
* 1 cup white sugar
* 3 tablespoons cornstarch
* 1/3 cup water
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
STRAWBERRY PIE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In small bowl, stir together all crust ingredients. Press on bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 8 minutes. Cool completely.
3. Mash enough strawberries to equal 1 cup. In 2-quart saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in mashed berries and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a full boil (8 to 15 minutes). Boil 1 minute; remove from heat.
4. Stir in salt and almond extract; cool 10 minutes. Fill baked crust with remaining fresh
strawberries; pour cooked mixture over fresh berries. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. Garnish with
whipped cream and walnuts if desired. The strawberry pie recipe is ready to serve .....great taste of pie...enjoy !

STRAWBERRY PIE RECIPE INGREDIENTS
* 1 (9 inch) pie crust, baked
* 1 cup white sugar
* 3 tablespoons strawberry flavored gelatin mix
* 2 tablespoons cornstarch
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup boiling water
* 2 pints strawberries, cleaned and stemmed
* 2 cups whipping cream (optional)
STRAWBERRY PIE RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine sugar, gelatin, cornstarch, and salt in a medium saucepan. Stir in boiling water. Boil
mixture for 3 minutes over high heat, stirring constantly. Cool completely.
2. Arrange whole strawberries in pastry shell. Pour gelatin mixture over berries. Chill before
serving. Top with whipped cream...enjoy the strawberry pie !

STRAWBERRY PIE RECIPE INGREDIENTS
- 2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts
- 1 1/4 cups white sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cups fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Place one crust in a nine inch pie pan. Mix together sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Mix lightly through the berries. Pour filling into
pastry lined pan, and dot fruit with butter or margarine. Cover with top crust, and cut
slits in the top. Seal and flute the edges. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the crust is slightly browned. Then try this delicious strawberry pie....great taste !
